If you’ve got a teenager at home, you know how hard it can be to get them off the couch and out of the house. The Teen Fitness challenge at Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping is here to help.

Our high-energy workout program is designed to offer kids (from 6th grade through high school) the chance to stay active and have a great time in the process. Modeled after our renowned 10-week program, we offer a special teen membership that can help develop lifelong habits of physical fitness and set your teen up for success in all aspects of their life.
