My weight had ballooned towards the end of 2014. I was eating terribly and getting little to no exercise, so I felt horrible and didn't have much energy. Going into 2015, I made a resolution to learn to eat better so I could lose some weight and feel better about myself. I lost a fair amount of weight by tracking what I was eating and becoming a little more active. As I lost weight, I became more motivated to improve myself and really focus on getting in shape. I started FXB in June of 2015 and I 100% dedicated myself to fueling my body right and making it to every single class. I was THRILLED with my results. After the improvements I saw during my 10-week session, it was the first time in my life that I didn't feel self-conscious about my weight and I felt so much better physically and mentally.Becoming an instructor has really pushed me outside of my comfort zone, but I've loved it! I want to help people be happier and more comfortable in their own skin like I am now. I also appreciate the extra level of accountability that pushes me a little harder towards my goals.
